Hometown Family Fun Fredericksburg, VA Family and Child Photographer

Woah!  It's been a long time since I've been on here!  I hope that you're a fan of the Face Book Page so you've been staying in the know during these website lulls!  It's been a crazy month!  First, my whole family came down with the worst flu yet (yes, even worse than the one we got last January!  Eek!) That bugger we just couldn't get to go away!  We were in lock down for over two weeks!  Then we were all healed up just in time to pack and go home for the holidays where we have contracted something else!  Hopefully this bug will not be as bad, nor last as long as the last.  (Please keep us in your prayers!)  We had a blessed Christmas with family and friends.  The kids really enjoyed themselves, and the Hubby and I were able to sneak out one night to catch up with some old friends!  I hope that you all have had a wonderful Christmas and Holiday season and are ready to celebrate the New Year!

While I was home, I took a few hours and met up with an old friend at Old Mill Park to take some pictures of her family while they were home.  Enjoy your sneak peek!

Baby 9 Months On location

You sure can't complain about a day like this... can you see him in there!?

This morning we headed out for my last mini session of G-man. (*sniffle*) You can see him growing from maternity to newborn, and here, and here.

I wish I could have recorded G laughing when Mom threw him up in the air. Let me tell you, this is no small boy to be tossin' up!

He's such a sweet little chunky monkey.

Children On location

Ahh, tis the season for Christmas Card photos! You may remember these cutie pies from last year. Little L was not walking yet, and big brother R, well, he did not want to stop playing with that Ninja Turtle!

Man, these kids have sure grown in the last year, haven't they?

R is oh so smart. He can count in English, Spanish, Japanese, and Korean!

L could not keep still.

What to Expect

Organique Photo is currently open to shooting singles, couples, babies and grads in the Sandhills of NC in Moore County. 

Our friendship begins when you contact me for your Welcome Packet!  I'll be in touch with you to make sure that I'm a good fit for your family's photographic needs, discuss details, wardrobe, props, location and set up a date for your session.  A non-refundable $100 retainer is required to hold your date and will be applied to your photo session.  You can pay online with PayPal below or mail a check.  The model release can be submitted online here once we decide that I'm the photographer for you!  Your session must be paid in FULL by the start of session. 

Then here's what our calendar will look like:

First, you'll meet me for your session!  This can last anywhere from one to four hours.  I honestly love my job, and I can get a little caught up in it.  I am always prepared to take as much time as necessary for a session.  Toddlers usually last about an hour... newborns usually more towards three or four (Click here for Newborn Specifics).  Please plan for our time together to last a while, as I almost always spend more time with my clients than expected!

In about 3 weeks, you'll receive an email to let you know that your private online gallery is ready!  If friends or family who view your gallery choose to order prints, they can do so by contacting me and having their order drop shipped, or they can add prints to your original order when submitted!  Your gallery will be open for two weeks or up to 30 days for a newborn session (because I have four children and I know that you're just getting the feel for things with the new babe).

Finally, when you're ready to order your prints, you simply shoot me an email or give me a call and let me know what you'd like!  Then, your products and prints will be ready in about a week for pickup!  (Or you can choose to have your images shipped right to your door!)

And you can keep an eye out to see if your images are selected for the website or FaceBook page!
